• Work directly with Sales Managers, Sales Operations and Sales insight to support sales teams by providing timely and accurate analytics for forecasting, pipeline, and ad hoc reporting in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Provide timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, pipeline efficiencies, and sales results to support sales reps and managers in achieving sales goals.
• Assist Sales Managers and sales teams with accurate forecasting, pipeline and ad hoc reporting.
• Identify problem areas and pain points within sales organizations and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Collaborate with internal front- and back-office departments to resolve open items and close deals, ensuring necessary paperwork is in place prior to deal closure.
• Support end-of-quarter sales effort by assisting in driving sales orders and approvals through internal data entry processing.
• Assist sales team with internal systems and processes (e.g., ) and deal structuring to maximize quota attainment and company value.
• Work on problems of moderate to complex scope requiring review of multiple factors and exercise judgment within defined procedures.
• Plan and implement projects for account and territory selection to optimize sales team planning.
• Share knowledge and best practices with other SOMs to facilitate standardization across the sales organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• 1-3 years' experience in a Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical role
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with financial and project data analysis (budgeting, capex, opex, depreciation, ROI, financial models)
• Advanced Excel skills (Excel expert, pivot tables, data modeling)
• Experience with metrics and data analytics and executive-level Power Point
• Reporting systems experience such as Tableau
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills and ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Salesforce CRM experience (a plus)

• Pay Rate: $59.86/hour
