K-12 Sales Representative | Bilingual Chinese&English | H-1B Sponsor

Overview

You will work directly with parents to understand their needs, present suitable programs, and support them through the decision-making process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work, is results-driven, and is motivated by achieving enrollment targets.

• Connect with prospective families to understand student needs and academic goals
• Present and recommend appropriate programs, courses, and learning solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to enrollment
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to drive conversions
• Track pipeline activity and meet monthly performance targets
• Build long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles positions
• Familiarity with the U.S. K–12 education landscape (ages 3–18)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable thriving in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
• Available to start immediately and work on-site in San Jose, CA
