Full-Cycle Account Executives
Recruiter Force is partnering with multiple high-growth SaaS, AI, and fintech companies hiring full-cycle Account Executives. These are not typical AE roles - you'll step into positions where you:
- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
- Generate pipeline through outbound
- Work directly with leadership teams
- Sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Help shape GTM strategy in early-stage or scaling environments
We're hiring across several roles with:
- OTE: $200K - $300K+
- Strong equity packages
- Locations: SF, NYC, Remote (US)
We're looking for:
- Proven quota carriers
- Strong outbound/hunter mindset
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or fintech
- Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deals
