Retail Brand Ambassador

Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent our HVAC services in retail and showroom environments. You'll engage with walk-in customers, explain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, and generate qualified leads and appointments for our comfort advisors. Working closely with sales and operations, you'll maintain branded displays, support local events, and educate homeowners on comfort, energy efficiency, and safety.

Ideal candidates are personable, reliable, comfortable standing for periods, and eager to learn HVAC basics in a stable, year-round service setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail and showroom customers to introduce Atlas Trillo's HVAC and indoor air quality services
• Explain basic heating, cooling, and energy efficiency benefits in clear, homeowner-friendly language
• Generate and qualify leads, setting in-home consultation appointments for sales and comfort advisors
• Maintain branded displays, marketing materials, and a clean, professional presentation area
• Support local events, promotions, and vendor days to increase brand visibility and traffic
• Track interactions, leads, and appointments using basic CRM or tracking tools
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies in retail and field environments
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve messaging and customer experience
• Continuously build product and HVAC knowledge through training and coaching
