Fitness Sales Representative

About the Role

ASCEND is a growing fitness and supplement brand looking for confident, competitive, outgoing sales representatives to join our field sales team in the Bay Area.

This is a great opportunity for college students, athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and people who want real-world sales experience while earning performance-based income.

Our sales representatives work at partner gym locations, set up ASCEND product displays, speak directly with gym members, educate customers on our products, and close sales.

No supplement experience is required. We provide product and sales training.

• Represent ASCEND at partner gym locations
• Approach and engage gym members
• Explain products and answer customer questions
• Close in-person sales
• Maintain a clean and professional product display
• Track sales and inventory during your shift
• Build relationships with gym staff and customers
• Work toward weekly sales goals

Previous experience in sales, door-to-door, retail, gym membership sales, personal training, solar, automotive, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.

This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Your income is directly tied to your performance, making this a strong opportunity for people who are motivated by results rather than a traditional hourly job.

Flexible scheduling is available and can work well around college classes or another part-time commitment.

Representatives are assigned gym locations based on availability, location, and performance

New representatives receive training in:

• Product knowledge
• Customer approach
• Sales fundamentals
• Objection handling
• Closing techniques
• Gym etiquette
• Inventory and sales procedures

High-performing representatives may have opportunities for increased responsibility, stronger territories, training roles, and future leadership positions as the company grows.

In-person positions throughout California

We are especially interested in candidates located near San Jose, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Fremont, Sunnyvale, Campbell, and surrounding areas.
