Summary
Deliver personalized beauty experiences by helping customers find products that meet their makeup and skincare goals. Build customer relationships and contribute to sales through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products.
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media.
- Book appointments and support sales for beauty events and services.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
