Senior Analyst, Security (Special Programs)
Location:
San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with active and transferable clearance and polygraph. U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities- Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives.
- Develop and maintain security plans (Standard Operating Procedures, OPSEC) and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs).
- Create, update, and administer security education, training, and awareness programs, including indoctrinations, refresher training, and debriefings.
- Conduct self‑inspections and recommend/implement corrective actions.
- Conduct peer reviews at other sites.
- Oversee/participate in government compliance inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Perform program administrative work: personnel processing, visitor control, program-related investigations, TS accountability, alarm testing, and dispatching and receiving program documents/material.
- Manage physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs in accordance with ICD 705; submit pre‑construction and accreditation packages including Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and Tempest checklists.
- University degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Relevant experience executing security processes and projects within special program access and collateral environments.
- Industrial security experience, preferably as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).
- Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance with polygraph in the last 24 months.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Comprehensive knowledge of NISPOM and related directives.
- Experience with SIMS and DISS.
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community contracts and special access programs.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities independently.
