Armed Security Supervisor – San Jose, CA

As an Armed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will patrol assignments, maintain authorized weapons, provide public customer service, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments.
• Assist in deterring unauthorized activities and report suspicious behavior or security‑related incidents.
• Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support enforcement of location policies and procedures to maintain order.

• Valid armed security guard card/license required by state law.
• Active CA .40 caliber firearm permit.
• At least 6 months of security experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located; meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Minimum 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule:

Mon 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Fri 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Sat 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Sun 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
