Garda World Security Services is Now Hiring a Security Operations Operator / Patrol Officer!
Ready to suit up as a Security Operations Operator / Patrol Officer? Must have at least one year of SOC experience, experience creating and issuing badges, and experience using Lenel Access Control software. Please include your most up‑to‑date SOC resume.
As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will spot threats before they escape in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc. Your keen observation skills and attention to detail are crucial.

Full time, 40 hours per week. - Shift times:
Monday – Wednesday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (Patrol);
Thursday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (SOC) - Competitive hourly wage of $26.96/hour (SOC) & $25.45/hour (Patrol) (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- State security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS security trainings (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process).
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least one year of SOC experience.
- Experience creating and issuing badges.
- Experience using Lenel Access Control software.
- Documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong report‑writing skills.
- Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
- Strong proficiency with technology.
- Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
