In this highly visible role, you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations with strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $23.25 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor lobby and front desk activity within a commercial real estate location and report unusual incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
  • Assist with visitor management tasks such as greeting guests, verifying identification, maintaining access records, and communicating with building staff regarding arrivals and departures.
  • Answer phones, provide directions, and support day‑to‑day front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and adherence to site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate concerns to building management, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • At least 1 year of experience in security-related roles is required.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
