Shift Schedule
Must be 21+ for insurance purposes.
Day Shift (7:30 am – 4 pm) – Sunday to Tuesday.
Swing Shift (3:30 pm – midnight) – Friday & Saturday.
Position SummaryThe Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Lead will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Supervisory Responsibilities- Oversees the shift workflow of the department.
- Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Keep accurate logs throughout your scheduled shift.
- Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.
- Maintain the security and safety of the hospital community.
- Patrol the facility, ensuring the continual safety and security of all hospital staff, patients and visitors.
- Maintain a physical presence within the hospital facility; serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.
- Positively contribute to the overall patient experience by providing superior customer care.
- Provide an empathetic approach to managing patient aggression.
- Write detailed and accurate reports outlining any incidents that occur on the property.
- Respond to emergency situations that require security assistance.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years’ related experience required.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
