• Provide customer service by implementing procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem‑solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the designated area and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

• Active CA .40 Caliber Firearm Permit.
• Applicants must acknowledge and comply with firearms regulations.
• Possession of an armed sidearm is required for this position.
• Experience with armed handcuff techniques.
• Training in the use of armed pepper spray.
• Proficiency in the use of an armed baton.
• Valid driver’s license in the job state.
• At least 6 months of security experience.
• 65 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
