Position: Security Officer -  Transit Enhanced Part Time Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting visitors, and supporting security-related access activities for a government location;
Monitor entry points, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with post instructions;
Answer phones, greet employees and visitors, manage sign-in records, and communicate routine information, directions, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site contacts when appropriate;
Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at the front desk
