Security Officer Customer Care Patrol Unit

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to property management and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention;
Monitor access points and community amenities, helping to support property rules, visitor protocols, and after-hours access procedures in accordance with site expectations;
Assist with reporting maintenance-related issues, lighting concerns, unsecured doors, and/or other property conditions observed during patrols that may impact residents or the location
