Allied Universal is a leading security and facility services company. This role is a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol Guard in San Jose, CA.

Full Time, Pay Rate $24.00 / Hour.

• Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees, carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, communicating details to contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and document observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and inquiries, and following post orders for after‑hours and restricted‑area coverage.

• A valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Open to applicants who are at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in compliance with laws.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
