Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Service Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a cultural institution location;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, entrances, exits, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, visitor flow, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and support established museum policies and procedures;
Support protection of artwork, exhibits, and facility property by observing surroundings, reporting hazards or maintenance issues, and following post orders for security-related situations
