Security Officer Patrol and Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and assigned posts while assisting with visitor directions, policy awareness, and other security-related support functions aligned with site expectations.;
Prepare clear, timely reports of observations, incidents, and/or unusual activity, and relay important information during shift changes to support consistent site coverage.
