Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business location, perimeter, access points, and surrounding areas to help identify and report unusual activity.;
Monitor access to assigned areas, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate activity logs.;
Report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related incidents promptly to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
