Security Officer Armed Driver

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer/Driver to protect clients and securely transport valuables in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this field-based role, you will operate armored vehicles, provide armed protection with a .40 caliber firearm, and follow strict safety and security protocols. You will inspect vehicles and cargo, document deliveries, and communicate with dispatch and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secure armored vehicle transport of valuables and currency for clients
• Perform armed security duties while driving and on foot, maintaining situational awareness
• Follow strict safety, weapons handling, and transport protocols at all times
• Inspect and secure vehicle, equipment, and cargo before, during, and after routes
• Complete logs, incident reports, and delivery documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and clients in a professional manner
• Monitor surroundings to detect and deter suspicious activity or security threats
• Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or security incidents
• Support access control and perimeter security as required at client sites
• Participate in ongoing training and drills to maintain firearms and security proficiency
