Location: Santa Clara, CA Schedule: Swing Shift Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay Rate: $26.50/hour Position: Full-Time

Prosegur Security is seeking a professional and reliable Security Patrol Officer for a premier corporate campus in Santa Clara, CA
. This position is responsible for conducting active patrols throughout the property, monitoring for security and safety concerns, responding to incidents, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.

Candidates must possess a valid California Guard Card.

• Security Patrols:
  Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols throughout the campus to identify and deter suspicious activity, security breaches, safety hazards, and policy violations.
• Property Monitoring:
  Monitor buildings, parking areas, entrances, exits, and other designated areas to ensure the safety and security of the property.
• Incident Response:
  Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Access Control:
  Monitor designated entrances and restricted areas and verify individuals are authorized to enter secured locations.
• Emergency Response:
  Follow established emergency procedures and immediately notify site leadership, emergency services, or appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Incident Reporting:
  Complete accurate and detailed daily activity logs and electronic incident reports regarding security events, unusual activity, and safety concerns.
• Communications:
  Maintain clear and professional communication with the Security Operations Center, other security officers, site employees, and client representatives.
• Customer Service:
  Provide professional and courteous assistance to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors while enforcing site security policies.
• Policy Enforcement:
  Enforce client and Prosegur security policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner.
• Valid California Guard Card – Required
• Previous security or patrol experience preferred
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to write clear and detailed incident reports
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to conduct regular interior and exterior patrols
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and respond appropriately during security incidents

Swing Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay: $26.50 per hour
