What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain clear communication with our team and customers.
• Keep your company vehicle clean and well-stocked with necessary parts and tools.
• Manage inventory, paperwork, and uphold a professional appearance.
• Possess or obtain required certifications (EPA, DL).

What We Offer

• Salary: $85,000-$180,000 annually (hourly base plus commission and bonuses). Our starting technicians can make over $105,000 in their first year!
