Building Automation Technician (BAS Service Technician)
Location:
Pleasanton, CA (U.S. based)
Compensation: $80,000.00 – $ per year, including base pay and short‑term incentive.
Employment type:
Full-time.

- Service and maintain complex BAS, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Travel throughout the Bay Area to service customers.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in control systems using electronic and digital control expertise.
- Communicate with customers before, during, and after site visits to explain service progress and recommend enhancements.
- Act as a technical resource for team and customers, offering insights on upgrades, enhancements, and replacements.
- Operate independently in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet leadership schedules.
- Provide clear oral and written communication with team members and customers.
- High School Diploma.
- 4+ years related experience troubleshooting and maintaining Schneider Electric systems (EBO, Continuum) or comparable systems such as Metasys, Siemens, Alerton, Distech, Tridium/Niagara, Delta.
- Working knowledge of BACnet, LON, and MODBUS protocols.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of video surveillance and access control systems is a plus.
