Essential Job Functions
1.
Perform drain cleaning services using tools such as augers, hydro-jetters, and camera inspection equipment for residential and commercial customers.  2.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and system failures.  Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, including sinks, faucets, water heaters, and piping systems.  3.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential issues or inefficiencies.  4.
Provide accurate cost estimates and project timelines.  5.
Diagnoses and troubleshoots drain and sewer issues, identifying the root cause of blockages, backups, and slow drains.  6.
Perform preventative maintenance services on drainage systems to reduce the likelihood of future issues.  7.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues, presenting solutions, and providing upfront pricing for recommended services.  8.
Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working condition.  9.
