• Service commercial accounts according to scheduled routes and service plans
• Inspect facilities for pest activity and conducive conditions
• Perform pest control treatments in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain and monitor pest management devices and equipment
• Complete detailed service documentation and recommendations
  
  Communicate professionally with facility managers and on-site contacts
• Follow IPM principles, customer protocols, and company procedures
• Safely work in various facility areas including rooftops, loading docks, and mechanical rooms
• Maintain professionalism, safety, and compliance while on customer sites

• Previous commercial pest control experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
