Lead Technician Mold Remediation

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Technician role for Mitigation & Mold Remediation, located in San Jose, CA. The Lead Technician will oversee and perform mold remediation tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting assessments, containment setup, mold removal, decontamination, and restoration preparation. The role will involve managing a team, maintaining equipment, and documenting work progress and project completion.

• Expertise in mold remediation techniques, including assessment, containment, and removal
• Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and proper handling of remediation equipment
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in documenting project progress and maintaining compliance records
• Ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
• IICRC or equivalent certification in mitigation and/or mold remediation is highly preferred
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
