Event Bartender

Smashing Dishes, the newest brand from Tony Caters, seeks an experienced Event Bartender to work on‑call for our events throughout the Bay Area. You will collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure clients have a delicious and positive event.

• Set‑up and tear down bar stations and associated product, under direct supervision from main Event Lead and/or Bar Team Lead
• Experience with providing warm + efficient bar service at special events
• Knowledge of general bar set‑ups and how to make all common drink requests and follow recipes when required
• Comfortable and physically able to move tables, carry ice, move bars, remove trash and set‑up bar – all with a sense of urgency to client timeline
• Ability to buy into an established process
• Ability to both accept and provide constructive feedback
• Physical ability to participate in the essential physical duties of the job including load/unload and set‑up for off‑premise events

• RBS certification
• Friendly and upbeat attitude is a must!
• Responsible, accountable and task‑oriented
• Must be able to work continuously while standing for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift, pull and push materials/products to complete assigned job tasks
