- Inspect residential properties for pest activity, entry points, and conditions conducive to infestations
- Perform pest control treatments in accordance with company procedures and state regulations
- Identify pest issues and recommend effective treatment and prevention solutions
- Educate customers on pest prevention, treatment plans, and service recommendations
- Accurately document services performed, findings, and recommendations using company systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Safely operate application equipment, hand tools, and required PPE
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and around residential exteriors as needed
- Follow all company safety policies, label requirements, and industry regulations
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Previous pest control experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
