Veteran Auto Technician Apprentice — GI Bill Certified Path

The Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP) in San Jose, CA is looking for Military Veterans with mechanical experience who wish to start a rewarding career as Automotive Service Technicians. Participants will engage in a structured one-year apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience while working full-time at a Kia dealership. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing Kia vehicles. Candidates must have military discharge, a clean driving record, and a background in mechanical work.

This program is GI Bill-approved and provides training resources as well as a Monthly Housing Allowance for eligible veterans.
