Concrete Laborer

Join our field cement and rebar team as a general laborer with concrete experience. You will be responsible for repairing existing post-tensioning concrete by patching holes no larger than 6x6 inches. Following the repairs, you will apply grease and rubber to the concrete. The role requires independent work, with completed tasks reviewed afterwards. Punctuality, initiative, and the ability to work without supervision are key.

• Repair existing post-tensioning concrete by patching holes up to 6x6 inches.
• Apply grease and rubber to the concrete post-repair.
• Work independently with tasks checked upon completion.
• Demonstrate punctuality and self-starting abilities.
• Complete tasks without needing supervision.

• Experience with concrete and construction.
• Knowledge in general labor, concrete demolition, and chipping.
• Ability to perform concrete pours and mixing.

• Punctuality and hard-working nature.
• Ability to work independently.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Work takes place outdoors in a commercial parking lot setting, operating on a desirable morning shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm. The role offers a great work-life balance in a practical construction environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
