Pavement Maintenance Technician

Ever Line Coatings and Services is a rapidly growing pavement maintenance company serving commercial properties across the South Bay. We specialize in line striping, asphalt maintenance, power washing, and specialty coatings. Our mission is to eliminate uncertainty in property maintenance through quality, communication, and reliability.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pavement Maintenance Technician to support field operations and deliver high-quality project execution. This role supports the Operations Manager in completing projects safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

· Field Operations:
Operate and maintain equipment for line striping, seal coating, crack filling, power washing, and epoxy coatings. Assist with job site setup, preparation, and cleanup. Deliver high-quality workmanship on all tasks.
· Project Support:
Assist Operations Manager in planning and executing daily work. Follow project scope and instructions to ensure quality and efficiency.
· Safety and Compliance:
Maintain safe and organized job sites. Follow all company safety procedures. Assist with accident and injury reporting as needed.
· Communication:
Provide daily updates on job progress. Communicate issues or delays promptly. Work collaboratively with team members.

General Responsibilities:

Participate in team routines (SCRUM/SWARZ or daily check-ins). Perform additional tasks as required. Represent the company professionally on job sites.

· Experience in pavement maintenance or construction preferred but not required.
· Strong work ethic and reliability.
· Ability to perform physically demanding work.
· Willingness to learn and follow direction.
· Valid driver's license preferred.

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
