Requirements:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Make records of when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
• Residential maintenance experience
• Paint apartment units for turn over
• Own basic painting tools, such as brushes, rollers, poles, small ladder, etc.
• Knowledge of how to prep an area prior to painting
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools
• Reliable transportation
