Electrician Foreman​/Journeyman

As an Electrical Foreman at RC Power, Inc. you will play a crucial role in leading and managing on-site electrical installations. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

On-Site Project Management:
Lead and oversee on-site installations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards.
Collaborate with clients to manage project schedules, site cleanliness, and safety for employees and other trades on-site.
Take responsibility for material ordering, inventory management, and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process.
Supervise and manage project subcontractors and rental equipment.
Communication and Documentation:
Effectively communicate Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, and project updates to the Project Manager and relevant team members.
Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built drawings throughout the project.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
Monitor employee punctuality and adherence to breaks and lunch times, following company policies and legal requirements.
Manage crew timecards and track employee hours.
Quality Control and Productivity:
Lead the team to maintain productivity, uphold quality control standards, and address any issues to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in the commercial electrical field.
Active California Electrician State Certification.
Clean DMV record.
Preferred experience in Data Center/Critical Environment projects.
