Lead HVAC Installer

Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Lead HVAC Installer to run residential and light commercial installs across the Bay Area. In this customer-first, safety-focused team, you'll handle full-system replacements and new installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. You'll interpret plans, ensure code-compliant, high-quality work, and guide junior installers in the field. Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects
• Install, replace, and start up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, load calculations, and manufacturer specs
• Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
• Train, mentor, and oversee junior installers and helpers
• Communicate clearly with customers on scope, timelines, and system operation
• Coordinate with dispatch and project managers to meet schedules
• Complete job documentation, forms, and digital work orders
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working order
• Identify additional service or upgrade opportunities while on-site
