Position Overview

• Shift Length: 9-12 hours
• Weekend availability required

Salary ranges from $25 to $40 per hour. Paid overtime and performance pay apply. Expected annual income for the first two years: $58,240 to $69,780. Potential to earn up to $200,000 per year.

• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of one year servicing HVAC units
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
