Rooter Hero is hiring an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers. Diagnose residential plumbing issues and perform service and repairs

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems

Provide clear estimates and explain repair/replacement options to customers

Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company policies

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in top condition

Participate in an on-call rotation (1 night per week)

Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

2+ years of previous residential plumbing experience

Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions

Ability to work weekends and cover one on-call night shift per week

Must provide own hand tools

Must be able to pass a background check

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
