- Install, route, and connect process piping and plumbing systems (PVC, PVDF, Stainless Steel) for wet benches, chemical delivery, and DI water systems.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and mechanical schematics.
- Perform leak checks, pressure testing, and system verification to ensure integrity.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair wet process equipment and plumbing systems.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and chemical handling requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and field service teams during startup, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands‑on experience in industrial or process plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proven skill in cutting, fitting, joining, and testing PVC, PVDF, and Stainless Steel piping systems.
- Ability to use tools safely and document installation, service, and repair activities accurately.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial safety practices, cleanroom protocols, and cross‑functional teamwork.
