Twining Consulting is seeking a Part-Time Modular Building Inspector to perform inspections of fabricated units at client sites. This role is remote-friendly with about 15–20 hours per week, depending on business needs.
Ideal candidates have ICC Residential/Building (B1), Electrical (E1), Plumbing (P1), and Mechanical (M1) Inspector Certifications or the ability to obtain them quickly. Travel up to 75% by car, and occasional flights, are required to fulfill inspection work.
