In your role as a Dealership Administrative Assistant
, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by being the first contact to greet guests over the phone or in person. You will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet guests in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide assistance to other departments as needed.
- Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
- Provide necessary information to guests
- Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
- Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
- Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
- Commitment to an excellent guest experience - on the phone/email and in the store
- Strong technical aptitude and ability
- Must be punctual with solid time-management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, DMV check required
Salary: $18.45-$30.00/hour
* Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
