A community support organization in San Jose is seeking a dedicated Peer Mentor to coordinate and deliver services to youth clients. The Peer Mentor will help clients find resources and support recovery in an outpatient substance use treatment program. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience related to the target population. This full-time position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate clients in a often changing environment.
