• Must pass a DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Central Index Fingerprint Clearance
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be declared able to work by a physician including ability to pass a TB test
• Be dedicated to growing personally and professionally
• Have a passion for working with at-risk youth in a fast paced environment
• Be dedicated to your shift
• Attend 3 hours of zoom/online training a month
• Must be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID 19
• Attend ongoing trainings that will benefit your future career development

You must have at least a AA in a social or behavioral science, Bachelor's Degree preferred and at least 6 months of experience working with at-risk adolescents.

• Weekend Support Counselor: Saturday 7a-4p and Sunday 7a-4p (18 Hours)
• Awake Night Counselor for Transitional Housing Program: Friday & Saturday 11p-7a (16 hours)
• Relief Counselor for day and overnight shifts: Available to pickup shifts on an as needed basis. There are no guaranteed hours. This shift is ideal for those entering the social work field.

We are currently hiring for several positions including a Rapid Rehousing Case Manager, Independent Living Specialist, Education/Career Specialist, and Housing Specialist.
