Activities Assistant

Job Summary

We seek a Community Life Associate who will design and lead programs that enhance resident health, well‑being, and community engagement. The role involves collaborating with staff across various disciplines to deliver a wellness‑centered program.

• Plan and execute a comprehensive, well‑rounded program that offers residents opportunities to thrive.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning, and recreation professionals.
• Support a wellness‑centered program that benefits residents across physical, emotional, and social domains.

• 2 years’ experience in preparing and implementing activities, preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus.
• Passion for seniors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
