Episcopal Community Services (ECS) seeks a Residential Services Coordinator to support shelter participants at our Branham Lane location in San Jose, CA. This is a fully onsite, client-facing role requiring in-person engagement and adherence to safety, confidentiality, and program procedures.
The coordinator orients participants, supports development of service plans, and assists access to services through case management while maintaining a clean and safe shelter environment.
