Home First in San Jose is seeking a Resident Advocate for the Emergency Interim Housing Cherry program. You will supervise program participants on site, enforce guidelines, and coordinate access to services while maintaining safety and dignity for guests.
You will develop housing plans, conduct intake, and support participants through workshops and crisis response, helping move people toward permanent housing with trauma-informed care.
