Spread Your Wings, LLC - ILS Services is hiring an Independent Living Life Skills Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in San Jose and surrounding areas. This full-time role covers Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, and requires bilingual English/Spanish.
You will coach clients on daily living skills, help set weekly goals, document progress, and collaborate with program managers. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check are required.
