Abode Services is seeking a Service Coordinator in San Jose to deliver housing services for a Rapid Rehousing program. You will develop individualized housing plans, connect participants with supportive services, and coordinate with landlords to promote housing stability.
Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of case management experience with homeless or low-income populations. Evening/weekend availability and a CA driver’s license are required.
