Residential Advisor

As a Residential Advisor - Overnight, you'll support young adults in a Job Corps residential setting from 4:30-8:30 a.m. You will monitor dorms, conduct bed checks, ensure student safety, and respond to emergencies or incidents according to CSD and Job Corps policies. You'll document observations, enforce rules and curfews, and provide guidance that supports students' personal, academic, and vocational goals.

Working within CSD's mission-driven, student-centered culture, you'll collaborate with staff to maintain a structured, respectful living environment that promotes accountability, inclusion, and readiness for work and independent living.
