Bill Wilson Center in San Jose, CA seeks an Outreach Specialist for the Homeless Call Center to sign up individuals for shelter, connect them with county resources, and transport them to emergency shelters as needed. The role supports homelessness prevention through housing problem solving, triage data collection, and coordination with shelters and service agencies, with operations 7 days a week.
