Home First is seeking a Temp Resident Advocate for the Cherry Swing program in San Jose, CA. This on-site, non-exempt, temporary full-time role works day/swing/grave shifts to support residents and coordinate housing plans, workshops, and safety on site.
The Resident Advocate reports to the Program Manager and ensures essential services, documentation in HMIS, and compassionate care while maintaining confidentiality and program compliance.
