Bill Wilson Center is seeking a Case Manager to provide housing and supportive services for College Engaged Rapid Rehousing program participants in Santa Clara County. You will assess needs, coordinate resources, and help students obtain stable housing while fostering independence.
Responsibilities include intake, case management, collaboration with college staff, working with landlords, documenting via AWARDS/HMIS, and guiding participants toward employment readiness and life skills
