Home First is seeking an entry-level Resident Advocate for the Bernal site in San Jose, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role supports participants by coordinating services, monitoring safety, and helping with housing plans to transition to permanent housing.
You will work on-site in a low-barrier, harm-reduction program, engage with participants, staff, and community partners, and document services in HMIS. High school education required; compassion and reliability are essential.
